Dear Graduate,

Warm Greetings from AeU.

The Eleventh Convocation of AeU is scheduled to be held as follows
Date : Saturday & Sunday, 15th - 16th October 2022.
Venue : Dewan Merdeka, Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC), Kuala Lumpur.

The convocation will be either a physical or virtual ceremony scheduled to take place on the 15th and 16th of October 2022. If however, Covid cases surge during this period, we may need to make the convocation a virtual ceremony.

We would appreciate very much your kind cooperation to fill up and respond to the Convocation Confirmation via Convocation Portal (http://convo.aeu.edu.my) together with the payment or upload the proof of payment by latest by date Friday, 5th August 2022.

For Graduates 2020 who have paid RM100 (Local)/ USD 30 (International) for virtual convocation may require to top up RM400 (Local) / USD 270 (International) for the Physical Convocation.

Please note that Graduates who do not respond by that date would be deemed to be not attending the AeU Eleventh Convocation Ceremony.

We would advise that you visit the AeU Convocation Website http://convo.aeu.edu.my and check your email regularly for the latest updates on the Convocation.

1). Bila certificate & transcript akan di post kepada pelajar

AeU akan mula pos sijil & transkrip bermula pada bulan November 2021,
Kepada graduan yang telah lengkap mengisi borang konvokesyen dalam talian (http://convo.aeu.edu.my/) termasuk salinan slip tracer study sahaja,
Kepada pelajar yang telah membuat pembayaran Yuran Konvokesyen (RM300.00) sahaja,
Penghantaran pada alamat yang dinyatakan dalam borang konvokesyen dalam talian.

2) Bagi pelajar yang telah membayar RM300, duit itu akan dibayar balik atau di bawa ketahun hadapan?

Pembayaran yuran konvokesyen sebanyak RM300 akan dibawa ke tahun hadapan,
Harap maklum bahawa mungkin ada bayaran tambahan sekiranya konvokesyen dijalankan secara fizikal (secara langsung) pada tahun hadapan,
Keputusan untuk mengadakan upacara konvokesyen sama ada secara maya atau fizikal akan diumumkan selewat-lewatnya pada Disember 2021,
