For ECE Subjects: ECE212: Children's Health, Nutrition, and Safety

FAQ (a): Can I download the questions after 2:00 pm on 07th August 2021? For example, can I download at 8:00 pm (night time) on 07th August 2021?

Answer: Yes. You can download it anytime after 2:00 pm, 07th August 2021. You can download at 3 pm, 8 pm on 07th August 2021. You can also download it on 08th, 09th, 10th August 2021.

For Example:
You can download ECE135 at 8:00 pm on 07th August 2020
You can download ECE211 at 6:00 pm on 08th August 2020
You can download ECE233 at 9:00 pm on 09th August 2020

Note:
OR you can get your classmate to download it for you.
BUT only you yourself can upload the exam answers at myPLS. Plagiarism is strictly prohibited.

FAQ (b): Can I upload and submit the answers early, say 8:00 am on 10th August 2021? Or can I upload and submit the answer on Friday (13 August 2021)?
Answer: Yes. You can upload and submit answers early anytime BEFORE 2:00 pm on 14th August 2021. You can also upload and submit answers on Thursday (12 August 2021), Wednesday (11 August 2021).

For Example:
You can upload & submit the answer for ECE212 at 8:00 am on 14th August 2021 (Saturday)
You can upload & submit the answer for ECE231 at 9:00 am on 15th August 2021 (Sunday)

Note: Try to AVOID to submit at the LAST minute & LAST day, just in case Internet Line DOWN, Computer DOWN, system problem, IT problems......unforeseen circumstance & unpredictable events.

FAQ (c): For ECE212, can I upload and submit a LATE answer AFTER 2:00 am on 14th August 2021?
Answer: No. You cannot submit and upload answers after 2:00 pm on 14th August 2021. In this case, you did not submit the Answer, and you will get an "I" grade, incomplete marks. You need to send an email to request a re-sit exam and the charges will be RM45 for each subject.

FAQ (d): Can I edit the file after submitting the exam answer at myPLS ?
Answer: Only one (1) attempt to submit and upload an answer. Not allowed to edit answers after submission.

Common Mistakes, Frequently Happened Mistakes, need Extra Precaution, Be Very Careful
(e) Submit or attached a WRONG file. Answer for Subject "AAA" submitted wrongly to Subject "BBB" in myPLS. Disaster! Incidents like this (attach or submitted WRONG File & Wrong Answer, Swap Files) has happened in the previous exam (last semester).

Remember...to..upload exam file (the correct file), NOT wrong file...even submit assignment File

(f) If NOT able to upload exam answer at myPLS due to system problem, email immediately to exam@aeu.edu.my before the deadline, remember ... NOT email to AF/lecturer or Shingo.

(g) The Exam Answers can be saved and uploaded in Words file or PDF file, both also can accept, same like assignment files.

(h) Save the Exam answer File as Subject Code_Student ID_Full Name_Exam December 2020

(i) READ in detail & FOLLOW strictly the instructions in exam paper !!!

Part A

20% marks from twenty (20)
Quiz / Objective Questions / Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ)
Notes: Students can take the Quiz anytime during the 7 days. Student can attempt once only. However, once "click" Open the Quiz questions, student needs to complete and submit Online within 40 minutes (refer to the Instruction in the Exam Paper)

Processes for Quiz / Objective Questions / MCQ
Step 1: Open the file for Quiz (anytime within 7 days Take-Home Exam)
Step 2: After "Click" and open the Quiz, you MUST complete and SUBMIT within 40 minutes.

Part B
20% marks from 2 essay questions (answer all questions)

Processes for Essay Questions
Step 1: Download exam questions in Words file
Step 2: Draft your answer and type in Words file
Step 3: Type your Answers in Words (1.5 spacing, Times New Roman, font size 12, do not need referencing and do not need citation)
Step 4: Convert the final version of answer from Words file into PDF file, save the final file under "your name" (Do not submit using Zip File)
Step 5: Upload & submit at myPLS (only allow for 1 attempt, Only one online submission is allowed, , submit in one file only)
